VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

There are many opportunities to volunteer with The Center for Active Living.  Below are a few of our volunteer opportunities. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the Center (207-363-1036) and ask for the Jo-Ellen Ross, facility coordinator.

  • Receptionist
  • Serve and clean-up from meals
  • Help with special programs
  • Share a skill or area of expertise

Below is the listing of regularly scheduled programs with starting times. The programs listed below are available for drop-in. If you have not been in a while its best to call the Center (207-363-1036) in advance to be sure the program is happening. The following programs have a fee attached: Balance Fun & Workouts, Brain Games & Movement, Line Dancing, and Shake It Up as these programs are instructor led. See The Scoop for more details.
